Who we are

This website is run by ASQ Clinical Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17096970, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. For anything about this notice, contact drislampa@thephysiciansclinic.co.uk.

What this website collects

This site has no login and no shop. Our hosting provider, Squarespace, records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising trackers.

If you contact us

If you telephone, email or message us on WhatsApp, we hold what you send in order to reply and, if you become a patient, to arrange your care. Outside office hours, calls and messages are taken by an automated assistant on behalf of my secretary; what you leave is used only to return your call. We do not sell or share any of it for marketing. Please do not send medical information by email or WhatsApp; neither is secure.

Your medical records

If you are a patient, your clinical records are handled separately under their own arrangements, and the hospital where you are seen is responsible for the records it holds. Ask for details at your appointment.

How long we keep things

Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within twelve months. Patient records are kept for the periods required of doctors in the UK.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows. Write to the email above. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
